Farming

As everyone knows, farming is a more important skill to Iron Man, than any other players. The frustration however on an Iron Man is real with Farming in the earlier stages.
Untill you get off the grounds to make Ranarr and Irit, heck even Kwuarm, you are basically its no way near efficient or fun!

So here comes the Iron Man version of Farming. You can of course use this for your Main account, but you can buy these items easier than Iron Man!

Tips & Tricks
Completing quest for quick Farming experience is the ideal way to get ahead of your self, as Farming is even worse than Hunter in the beginning! So here are the recommended order to complete these quests in.
Fairytale I - Growing Pains - 3,500 experience (this will put you at level 17 Farming, 23 experience shy of 18)
Forgetteable Tale.. - 5,000 experience (this will put you at level 25 Farming)
Recipe For Disaster (Goblin General Subquest) - 1,000 experience (this will put you at level 26 Farming)
Garden of Tranquility - 5,000 experience (this will put you at level 30 Farming, 333 experience shy of 31)
Enlightened Journey - 3,000 experience (this will put you at level 32 Farming)

Now here comes the sad part.. You are sitting at level 32 Farming, and the only possible way to get further into your process of Farming is either by doing actual Farming or complete quests that give you experience lamps, however it is more recommended to do actual Farming and use these experience lamps on Herblore. If you are going to use your experience lamps onto Farming these quests are the most ideal ones to complete, they aint fun but they work!

One Small Favour - 20,000 experience (this will put you at level 40 Farming)
Rum Deal - 7,000 experience (this will put you at level 41 Farming, 1,029 experience shy of 42 Farming)

From this point on, it is strongly recommended to begin heavily on Farming Herblore, Fruit Trees and Trees. You may not have any Fruit Tree or Tree seeds, but heres three ways to get them, Kingdom, Wintertodt and Woodcutting. You will get Bird nests from Woodcutting and Kingdom if you choose Maple logs, and if you choose Wintertodt you will get seeds.

Supercompost
The most efficient way to get Supercompost is by buying Pineapples either from the Charter Ships (the two best locations are Catherby and Port Phasmatys), the alternative method is buying from Hudo in the Grand Tree. At each normal location Ardougne, Catherby, Port Phasmatys and Falador you place 15 Pineapples in a compost bin and close the lid, after 90 minutes you can take out the Supercompost by using an empty bucket on it.

If you have completed Lunar Diplomacy and are level 83 magic, you can use the Lunar spell Fertile Soil, this spell act as Supercompost.

Cactus Spines
Cactus Spines are very difficult to achieve for any Iron Man in lower levels, at higher levels you have an alternative way to achieve these and that is by killing Scorpio (drops common 10 in noted form), and Kalphite Queen (drops uncommon 10 in noted form). The other way is to plant one in Al Kharid and harvest it every 75 minutes, as it regrows its cactus spines, so you dont have to wait another 9 hours for your Cactus to regrow.

Another alternative to get Cactus Spines is by catching Nature Implings, however these only ''drop'' 1 at a time, and these are not noted.

Herbs
When it comes to Herbs planting, you should plant the highest seeds that you are capable of, and of course those you have in storage. Remember to use Supercompost on any sort of herblore plant, Supercompost is so cheap anyway that it doesnt matter anyway, also completion of Fairytale I - Growing Pains is very important, as you get the Magic secateurs that increase your crop harvest by 10%, and when it comes to herblore plants, every extra percentage counts.

The most common spots to use for Herbs are obviously Catherby, Ardougne, Falador and Port Phasmatys (requires completion of Ghost Ahoy).

Fruit Trees
Now we are getting to Fruit Trees, some of these Fruit Trees I would personally rather skip, unless you want to grow the protection food your self, as some of these are very annoying to achieve in any other way than harvesting them your self.

Apple Trees - 1,272.5 experience in total (1,199.5 from checking its health) - The protection food for this plant is Sweetcorn (9), these to my knowledge can only be harvested by your self.

Banana Trees - 1,841.5 experience in total (1,750.5 from checking its health) - The protection food for this plan is Basket of Apples (5) and requires 4 baskets. This food can be bought from Recipe For Disaster chest.

Orange Trees - 2,586.7 experience in total (2,470.2 from checking its health) - The protection food for this plant is Basket of Strawberries (5) and requires 3 baskets, these to my knowledge can only be harvested by your self.

Curry Trees - 3,036.9 experience in total (2,906.9 from checking its health) - The protection food for this plant is Basket of Bananas (5) and requires 5 baskets. You can bring 20 empty baskets to Karamja and pick these your self, You can also buy 3 Bananas per world from Wydin's Food Store in Port Sarim, Solihib's Food Stall at Ape Atoll (Requires Monkey Madness II to bank next to it) or Charter Ships.

Pineapple Trees - 4,791.7 experience in total (4,605.7 from checking its health) - The protection food for this plant is Watermelon (10) and these can to my knowledge only be harvested by your self.

Papaya Trees - 6,380.4 experience in total (6,146.4 from checking its health) - The protection food for this plant is Pineapples (10), these can be bought from Hudo or any Charter Ship.

Palm Trees - 10,509.6 experience in total (10,150.1 from checking its health) - The protection food for this plant is Papaya Fruit (15), you can steal these fruits from Logava Gricoller's Fruit Stall at level 25 Thieving and 15% favour with the Hosidius House.
